Word Empowerment Church (We Church) is the headquarters church of Word World Harvest Fellowship, a multigenerational church serving families, college students, singles, and individuals from all walks of life. Rooted in the Word of God, we are a hub for faith, leadership, and community impact, committed to building lives, developing leaders, and transforming communities.

Word Empowerment Church exist to transform lives and strengthen communities through evangelism, education, and empowerment. Rooted in faith and driven by community need, we are committed to advancing equitable community-based solutions that address both the spiritual and practical challenges of those we serve. Through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives, including the development of affordable housing, community-centered development, holistic wellness and behavioral services - we work to increase access, reduce disparities, and create sustainable pathways to stability, health, and self-sufficiency for individuals and families in Durham and beyond.
In responses to the growing gap between housing costs and community stability in Durham, Word Empowerment Church (We Church) will leverage its land, partnerships and trusted community presence to develop affordable housing and integrated support services that expand access, promote wellness, and generate long term, sustainable impact for the Durham community.
